I used it about 5 times and after that it said I had to buy a plan to use it. Way too expensive for a remote
Got to use for about Four clicks then told me to buy the subscription.
It was easier to find my remote than spend money.

I like this app, it seems to work just like the remote control. I have not had any problems as long as internet is working.

My Oldest Grandson 9 years old and I both want to hang on to the remote, we hide it from each other and hence hide it from our selves at times. I have about three remotes and all are lost today. I am using my phone.
I have too much in my living room as I sell things online.

Purchased the app for a lifetime fee and it won’t pair to my Vizio tv. I entered my IP ADDRESS manually and it says this isn’t a Vizio tv.

Downloaded and started a free trial. Canceled before the trial was over but still got charged the 3.99! Emailed customer support and no one responded. Still trying to remove the charges and block any future charges. Total scam.
Payed use
I simply wanted an ease of use app to control my tv, all I got downloading this was a swift annoyance. You can press 5 different buttons or the same button 5 times then you can no longer press anything to control your tv meaning the app no longer works unless you pay a one time fee of 20$ a fee for monthly at around 10$ and a weekly at 3$. DO NOT DO IT there are plenty of other apps that are completely free, this is not worth you spending your hard earned money for some money hungry app.

TV remote can’t find tv
The remote was working fine and I got upgraded to fiber internet and now I can’t connect to my tv anymore. It says can’t find tv and to reset it (I did) and check that the phone and tv are connected to the same wifi and they are.

Constantly have to reconnect to my home Wi-Fi connection. The app loses contact with the device. Must regularly manually input the TV’s IP address. Exhausting.
Waste of time
Impossible to connect. Only tried to connect once and it blocked me from trying again, then tried a little later and it still won’t work. Just keeps telling me “failed to connect” or “blocked”. Roku app would never.
