TV remote can’t find tv
The remote was working fine and I got upgraded to fiber internet and now I can’t connect to my tv anymore. It says can’t find tv and to reset it (I did) and check that the phone and tv are connected to the same wifi and they are.

Useless
Constantly have to reconnect to my home Wi-Fi connection. The app loses contact with the device. Must regularly manually input the TV’s IP address. Exhausting.
Waste of time
Impossible to connect. Only tried to connect once and it blocked me from trying again, then tried a little later and it still won’t work. Just keeps telling me “failed to connect” or “blocked”. Roku app would never.

This app is AWFUL. They will literally make you pay to even use the remote which is ridiculous because you already spent hundreds of dollars on their tv!!! The worst part is, if your tv is already off, you can’t even use the remote to turn it on!! And if you’re the free version, it only lets you press one button a day. Absolutely GARBAGE!!! If you want the actual free remote, just download the actual Vizio app.
