Updates have made it non-functional

Used to be a great app that was fairly easy to use. Recent updates have made it slow, clumsy, and difficult to get the information you want.

Unfortunately unusable. Bummer.

“type _Map<String, dynamic>' is not a subtype of type 'List<dynamic>?' in type cast”

Basic functions fail. Doesn’t center search on current location.

Falls on its face. I’ll stick with Happy Cow.

Too Much Going On

This app has so much going on and it’s not very user friendly. The GUI is too heavy and it is causing performance issues. The core functionality of the app should be the priority but it seems there is a social aspect that has evolved which is taking priority. The inventory of restaurants are outdated, either closed or moved. I thought that the app would evolve for the better but it seems to be getting worse in terms of core functionality.

Finally… an Amazing App for all things Vegan!

So excited to be able to search for not only plant-based food options, but all vegan businesses to support as well! As they grow and add more and more options this will be an invaluable resource!

Keeps getting better!

I love this app! The developers are constantly updating it to fix bugs and you can tell the company is passionate about what they do.

Outdated restaurant listings

I just downloaded the app and right away I could see that at least 2 restaurants that were listed had either closed or moved awhile ago. And there doesn’t appear to be a way for users to report the changes. So I assume there’s a lot of other inaccurate listings. Better stick with the HappyCow app.

This app is an amazing resource not only finding vegan restaurants, but also vegan businesses and individuals outside of the food industry!

Has great potential!

Im glad they fixed the crash issue and can’t wait to keep checking back to see the updates. There aren’t many listings in my area yet but I see where this would be worth while once it gets started.

Not sure how to use app

So three local and obviously vegan companies come up in my area. No clue how to add companies to the list?? This is a good idea...hopefully the creators will improve upon the idea to make it easy...or possible.. to use.

Hi! Thanks for the feedback. This feature is being added in the near future. We currently have over 1,900 listings of all vegan companies, products, and professionals and are adding to the platform everyday. We may have not gotten to your area yet so feel free to reach out directly to hello@vkind.com and we can take a look. In the meantime, you can select the "online services" filter and see any other businesses that aren't in your area to support. Appreciate your support in Powering up the VegEconomy!

Crashes Upon Opening

Just downloaded this app and can’t even get it to open. Crashes immediately. Deleted and downloaded again with the same result.
