Bad influence and now there’s ads

I bought this for my child 3 years ago as a lifetime subscription (although I regretted it). Now it started showing ads and wants me to pay $20 for a year subscription. Most of the shows are them playing with expensive and a massive amount of toys that are essentially advertisements. The skits are strange and mind numbing. The games are hokey with no real skill involved. Now they add AI calling???!!! Ummm no one should be wanting their small child to use AI. I guess at least now give me an excuse to say we’re not renewing it.

I downloaded the app and subscribed to the free trial to make sure my son actually likes the game before paying. Once into the app multiple games wouldn't even open. They just kick you back out. Then we try other games and they allow you to barely play before requesting more money. It just shows how bad this app really is because why have the free trail if it's still going to ask for an upfront payment. Not to mention every other app gives you a week free trial and this gives 3 days and some of the games are more for infants and not a 4 year old. Extremely disappointed in this experience and sadly now so is my child who wanted to play. Don't waste your time here.

When glad or Niki call you in the app they ask you for your name and when you say hi it accepts it

Why do you need to pay for stuff it’s a game if you really did this game to help children understand and help them learn better why did you do a limit on screen time and subtraction
