Great product. I installed the product on my own house, as well as 5 of my neighbors that all bought it. We all have different Halloween themes up right now, and plan on using them for a lot of other holidays as well. As long as you follow what’s printed on the bulbs, the getting started pamphlet inside the box, as well as the step by step app, your golden. All of us didn’t have any issues and are loving playing with the different custom themes.

Worst system ever
Warning - do not buy!!!! After paying over 1k for lights on my house and currently on my second controller, the lights don’t work, each level is a different color scheme, and half the time they don’t even turn on. If they use connective technology other than blue tooth, they may have a chance at a decent product. I’ve had nothing but problems. Save your money and buy a superior competitive product.

Price is great, functionality quirky but works well
I had priced putting permanent holiday lights on my house a few years ago because I like the idea of having different color options to use all year. And I didn’t want to have to climb up every winter and put them up and take them down. The bid came in so high just to do the front of my house that I literally gasped when I opened it. I decided that was never happening. This year we decided we wanted lights and I went to our local supplier to buy just basic LEDs to put up and take down and I saw these. I talked with the clerk and decided these were exactly what I wanted. Great color choices, a few options for twinkle or color changing, and the prince was fantastic! The other company wanted $2,050 to put in those permanent lights, and I get that they were a different kind of light and had more options, but this system cost $376 to cover the exact same distance and gave me everything I really wanted. Much more than if I had just put up the regular old Christmas lights, but with considerably more variability options. When I got them home and downloaded the app and saw the single review of the app was a 1 Star review, I got nervous. But, now that they are up and I have played with them and learned some of the idiosyncrasies of the app, I love these lights! They are bright and colorful, easy to change and set up themes, and have multiple timer options. I could not be happier with my choice! Seriously consider them if you are in the market for lights you can use year round.

Inconsistent and slow
Glad I didn’t install this on my customer’s houses. What a joke. I would be getting callbacks daily. Does not program well. Takes FOREVER and messes up the lighting scheme constantly. New trick this year, picking a random bulb in a strand and changing the color. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I definitely will not be selling this to my customers.

Great idea crappy software
Your product is so challenging to use. I set up several clients with it and it has been nothing but problems for me and them. Ii have had some complaints so bad I have had to replace your product with something else on my dime. Coming from a lighting professional I would not recommend this product until they make some serious changes.
