Need to pay for the app twice
You need to pay for this app twice on both devices in order for it to work. The instructions are not clear and it does not show you what you are recording in the app.

Thank you for your feedback; it helps improve the product further. The app does not require you to pay twice when you use it with the same Apple account; you pay once and can use it on all Apple devices linked to that account. If you want to use it with different accounts, for example, on your partner's iPhone, I can also offer a completely free solution via email support. Different apple IDs don’t work
I have a different phone for content than my personal phone, so I have two Apple IDs. Even if you’re connected to the same Wi-Fi, you can’t see the other device when it starts streaming. It worked on my personal phone, but it’s broken, so I purchased the app on my contact phone and it won’t stream to the iPad. So now I’m out $20.

Work as intended
I have not tried doing task heavy things while monitoring the screen, but I does what I needed : give a good idea of the framing before I film with the good camera. I can just disable the monitoring when it’s time to film

I was almost about to pay for that overpriced and greedy app called ApowerMirror (which also works great) but thankfully a Reddit search brought me to this. One time purchase price? SOLD. I was able to mirror my camera app from my iPhone 17 Pro to my iPad Mini from across my entire house with very low latency. Incredible!
