I used this app for a long … you guys worked well and after this update the app became slow and cant even download properly with high speed internet and after waiting for 10-30 mins for a 30sec video it asked to buy it then i can save the video sorry but i uninstalled your app and got an alternate

Es muy difícil anular la suscripción con ellos! No te suscribas!!
Tuve que hacer milagros para poder anular la suscripción en esta aplicación que de todos modos le queda muy corta respecto a puras aplicaciones. Los videos de mejora en HD no son la gran cosa y los precios son altos, te dan créditos y por los videos te consume créditos por lo que deberás gastar y gastar dinero para poder hacer muchos videos o mejorar videos cortos. Me cobraron dos veces 30 dólares y después de tanto buscar la manera de cancelar mi suscripción, pude lograrlo pero no con las instrucciones que ellos dan, pues la ponen escondida la verdadera opción de anular la suscripción. YO NO LA RECOMIENDO ESTA APP tramposa.

What I find is I generate a clip you dictate it as inappropriate okay so why do you not refund my credits. You’re taking money and don’t offer the service.

₹399 was successfully deducted through UPI AutoPay for my Vmake subscription, but the credits have not been added to my Vmake account and the balance is still showing 0. Please check the transaction and help resolve this issue.

eu uso o app para tirar marca de água e letras de vídeos pq eu faço edição, e esse app me ajudava MUITO, mas depois dessa nova atualização ficou simplesmente HORRÍVEL. Antes tirava a letra e ficava sem nenhum borrão, parecia que nem tinha letra no vídeo, mas agora fica com um borrado ridículo, não tem nem como usar. Isso me decepcionou demais, e com certeza agora a versão melhor é só pagando e nem todo mundo tem dinheiro pra algo assim… Por isso nota 1, mas se ainda estivesse igual o de antigamente seria 5

I’ve genuinely enjoyed using this app. The editing quality is great, the interface is easy to understand, and it has helped me create videos that I’m proud of. If this review were only about the editing features, I would easily give it 5 stars.
The biggest issue is the way features slowly get locked behind paywalls. It feels like people are encouraged to rely on certain tools, only for them to become unavailable unless they subscribe. That can be really frustrating.
A large part of this app’s audience is made up of TikTok editors and younger creators. Many of them are students or people who simply can’t afford another monthly subscription. They download this app because they want to improve their edits, not because they have money to spend on premium features every month.
I completely understand that developers need to make money, and I don’t expect every feature to be free. But locking more and more useful tools behind a paywall makes the app much less enjoyable and pushes loyal users away.
Please consider keeping the most important editing features free, or at least offering more ways for free users to access them. I really want to keep using this app, but the increasing restrictions make it difficult.
