Not working well like before
After iOS update, it’s now buggy when flip or rotate iPhone from landscape to normal.
Out of date and broken, neglected app
The app use to work well, after many iOS updates it has become buggy and unstable.
Rotation from landscape to portrait and vice versa does not work properly on new phones.
App has to be loaded, forced quit, loaded again to work properly.
App feels abandoned.

Latest update has issues
The Latest update loaded on my IPad has issues, I am no longer able to quickly scroll through a playback as the application’s response lags too much. Prior to this update, I was able to drag the play location slider making little movements each second or so to replay history simulating faster playback at something greater than the 5x limit. Great for reviewing several hours of history to find a desired event. Now this ability while still available is useless as for each advancement, the replay is stalled/delayed taking away the ability to review a playback quickly. I am using a Qnap TVS-871 server

Please make this work correctly
The camera playback doesn’t work at all. Won’t let you use the slide bar change position in the playback and falls over all the time. Please fix

It’s hard to imagine an app worse than this.
Doesn’t work if you enable 2fa
If I’m going to expose my NAS to the outside world I’m going to enable at least 2 factor auth. Which stops this app from working. Doh!
Vmobile is practically useless.
I can playback video on my Mac, but this app almost always gets to a point where is says “Playback Error. Cannot decode video stream.” Where it just stops and to play more, you have to start over. You can’t just skip the problem section. Note: these errors only seem to occur in this app, not on the Mac. Also there is no way to get full resolution.

Ptz does not work currently for some cameras!
Push notifications do not work
This application is useless as the push notification service does not work. I went as far as installing Vmobile on an android device only to discover that the android version actually works. Please fix ASAP.
I could not give this app less than one star....
Quite simply the most inept app on the QNAP catalog.
Multi View Playback
It would be nice to have multi view playback for this app.
Playback freezes
Plays 10-15 minutes of timeline and freezes. What’s the point of recording if you can’t playback?

Terrible control over video playback. Often unable to play a simple 5 minute segment.
Can’t use outside LAN
Despite having myQnapcloud configured, it does not use it, instead tries to use the LAN IP address to connect. Guys, you need to fix this.

App crashes
Every time I change cameras on iPhone X app crashes and exits.. extremely annoying...
Home and office dvr
Works great for DVR even does motion detection with most cams can setup in an hour with 3 cams. Like the trigger features and playback is great even on 4 G.
Getting better
App has come a long way in the last few years. Pretty stable now. But still is clunky. Biggest annoyance for me is no time zone support. Only time I use the app is if I’m traveling and I’m usually 3-4 time zones away so I can’t replay anything for 3-4 hours after it’s happened because the time selection area only lets you select up to the current time on your phone. So if it’s 9pm where your cameras are but 6pm where you are, you can only playback cameras up until 6pm. Only way around this is to manually set the time on your phone to the time where your cameras are. But this often messes up other things on your phone.
I suppose that this app is developed in China where there is only one time zone makes this get overlooked.
Worth noting that the computer applications do not suffer from this bug.

After latest upgrade, PTZ no longer works
Updated the app yesterday on iPad and iPhone, PTZ no longer works, please fix. On a side note, after latest update for
Android, cameras do not connect whatsoever. APPS worked totally fine prior to latest update on iOS and Android.
