No updates or support
Let’s be honest, this is outdated and unsupported. When you go to sign in, you rarely get confirmation codes and have to try multiple times. There is no notification if your alarm goes off as it says that it is meant to do, tracking is based around bikes being in China despite this being in the UK. Vmoto is cheap, sure, but there is no functional customer service and that is shown not only in their app but also in their after sales, which has been awful.

App très incomplète
J’utilise cette app pour ma Stash et il manque pour moi 2 fonctions essentielles: avoir une alerte lorsque la moto subit une vibration ou est bougée et pouvoir bloquer la charge à 80%. J’avais une marque concurrente avant avec une super app, je ne pensais pas qu’avec l’expérience de Vmoto, ils feraient une app aussi pauvre. En plus il n’y a jamais de mises à jour….

Habe die App für meine CPX Pro nachgerüstet, dadurch kann ich jetzt mein Roller GPS Tracken, sehe, falls er bewegt wird, kann die Ladezyklen und Ladestrände überprüfen, Fehleranalysen machen und senden und habe sogar das benutzerhandbuch digital. Geschickt.

Dann soll man sich einfach manuell anmelden und die ImEi Nummer eingeben. Die erkennt die App aber auch nicht. Es ist abartig dass keine einzige App im Zusammenhang von Super SOCO VMoto auch nur ansatzweise funktioniert.
