• Revise & resubmit — withdrawn or rejected requests can now be revised, with the form pre-filled from your original submission, including uploaded documents. • New Withdrawn tab, plus a combined History tab for completed and closed requests. • Approvals — add optional remarks when approving or rejecting, and view the full approver history timeline on every request. • Vendor selection — staff requestors now pick a vendor, and the visitor list is filtered to that vendor automatically. • Request number is now shown in the request detail popup. • Scheduled tab now shows only today's and upcoming visits. • Visit time defaults to one hour ahead; mandatory documents are saved under their document name (Badge, Visa, etc.). • Notifications — fixed delivery issues and message content now displays correctly. • Fixed visit summary counts, calendar layout, and various visual polish.
