I had 4 videos saved on vn deleted 3 because it kept saying “you’re storage is full I cleaned up 90 percent of it and it kept saying my storage was full even though it wasn’t

I got a new iPad recently and I logged on to my VN account to find all my projects and sound effects gone, please fix if you can my account is called Tameahmeah_studios. Overall it’s a good editing app

They made it to where you can only edit videos when it’s longer than 6 seconds. If it’s shorter. Forget it. So trash

What are we even doing anymore?
The app literally doesn’t work anymore because I when I press the upload button on some of my footage through photos it doesn’t download, it just pretends to download and then tells me to download it again. This wasn’t a problem for a while because I found out that I can just press and hold on the video and it’ll upload anyway but for some reason they removed that feature so it is now literally impossible to upload anyway footage to actually edit.

Since the last updates, the 'dissolve 1' transition between clips on the main track doesn't work as it used to a few months ago. It was working perfectly before, but not anymore. Could you please fix it
