Horrible customer service still haven’t received answers from issue I had 2 years ago went to log in recently for a new election had same issues and still have not heard back from a single person
Garbage app
No tech support. Sitting here on a weekend trying to vote using this app, but it’s all buggy and no one works for the app on a weekend. So I guess I just get to be disenfranchised by technology
Barrier to voting
This app is a barrier to voting for the visually impaired or anyone without a smart phone.
Great concept but camera software needs some work
A picture of a drivers license or passport is required, but it’s next to impossible to get a clear picture with no reflections using the built in camera feature of this app. It doesn’t let you zoom or switch lenses to get a better shot. Also it is not clear how to get out of the picture taking mode. It doesn’t let you upload a photo taken outside the app.
Why can’t I upload a photo of my ID taken with the native iPhone app? It could do a much better job.
I love the idea of voting by smartphone. I hope the photo part of the app can be improved.

Seems to have serious bugs
My ID has been in pending for verification for a few days and when I try to contact them as tibia suggested, I don’t have permission. I’m guessing because I’m in Germany, but since things supposed to be do absentee voters, that’s not very helpful.
