Works fine
Seems to work well. The video quality seems comparable with other similar apps. I did not receive any error message saying that the VOB file type is invalid. It is free but you have to watch about a minute of advertisements before you can convert a video. Not a problem for me.

Not really sure what the other replies are talking about. It worked an absolute charm for me and now I have my dad’s videos from when he was younger on my phone so thank you! :) it’s an amazing app

Das UI ist intuitiv. Allerdings: eine Konvertierung ist nur möglich bei Dateien <= 50 MB. Ansonsten kommt ein Fehler, dass der Konvertierungsserver überlastet sei. D.h.: die Konvertierung geschieht scheinbar nicht On-Device, worauf vorher leider nicht hingewiesen wird. Handbrake oder Compressor machen hier einen besseren Job.

Verweigert über 50 MB wegen „Serverüberlastung“ die Arbeit. Werden die Videodateien etwa auf einen fremden Server exportiert - ohne entsprechenden DSGVO-Hinweis?

When you select a VOB file it says ‘This file extension is not supported’.
Oddly doesn’t accept VOB files
It’s supposed to convert VOB files. Though when you select a VOB file for it to convert it says you’re not allowed to use this sort of file.
