Bad

Doesn’t work at all

Not For Anyone w/ Any Level of Vibrato

I literally can’t use this thing. I have a semi-natural vibrato that was trained into me from a young age and I can’t remove it enough for the app to even remotely work for me. It takes way too long to register a note and keep flickering between the note I’m singing and the notes involved in the very mild vibrato I was able to trim down to.

Doesn’t work

This app used to work well but it no longer registers.

Warning-This App Means Business!

This app works really well if you’re a semi-trained or trained singer, but due to the piano delay, it requires a LOT of hard work on the diaphragm. It is NOT for the weak of heart. I recommend you start from your highest possible note, and then work your way down to your most comfortable low note. Take your time, and if necessary, take a breath between each one. Take a screenshot of your results to keep track of your progress, and retest every few months. PLEASE warm up before testing!❤️

Great!

It took awhile for me to figure out what to do. But over all it seems great!

Great but

Great app, but, where is the 7th octave? It looks like it was replaced by the 8th octave.

Bro.

THE PIANOS OUT OF TUNE 😭

The app looks nothing like the pics

The pics of the app make it look like a full screen piano with text on top but what you actually get is somewhere in between landscape and portrait and I can only see 5 keys.

Only for people who can sing specific notes

Didn’t seem to detect any of my attempts at singing notes so seems only to work for super-musical people who can sing specific notes to order, who probably know their range anyway.

Or maybe I just didn’t understand what I was meant to do: some guidance on screen would be helpful!

Either way it was useless for me.

It’s good but

When I try to sing my lowest, it kept saying D#2 even though it was actually C2.

Buggy

Tried on 2 different devices with 2 different headsets. Seems to get stuck on some notes causing you to have to sing the same note over and over and over. There is definitely a delay both for input and output. Doesn’t like vibrato at ALL. Overall, I found it was very frustrating and never got a full reading of my range. By the time I got down to the lower notes, my voice was fatigued from having to sing the previous notes so many times for it to register them.

App doesn’t work on I Phone XR

App doesn’t work on I Phone XR

Unusable

App zooms in about 500% on iphone, wont let you select tones, buttons dont work, every ad crashes it, etc etc. Disappointed because it seems really useful, like it was exactly what I wanted if only it would actually. You know. Function.

Annoying AF

I’ve been trying to register my range but it doesn’t want to register more than a few semitones. However I only just saw the instructions in the App Store description. As someone studying UX, the instructions really need to be available and clear in the app because even as someone with a musical background it’s very unclear how the app wants you to register your range.

Useless

Hit and miss when it comes to responding. Makes no sense. Did not register my range.
