Have already been fixed

Connected the developer and (obviously, with God’s help) reproduced the bug, sent the screen record. Now, it is fixed, so I can change my feedback. In general, this application is great, especially the vibrato function. It really helps correct the pitch without unnatural sound and so on

STAY AWAY UNTIL THEY UPDATE

I will change my rating from 1 star to 5 stars so you know it’s time to buy it. Until then don’t try to purchase it because it’ll be a waste of money.

No dev, I will not reach out to you for help. You know the app is flawed and should figure it out for yourself and update it so it doesn’t occur for others.

Should also add a “make quiet notes loud” and “make loud notes quieter” parameter as well

Until then, scuffed. And will be after for a refund in 7 days from date this is posted

Bug

Bought this app, but it turned out, that there is a bug which doubles notes, and it can't be fixed. Developer wasn’t able to help me. Totally disappointed, can’t recommend

Simplesmente Fantástico!

A anos procuro um software para afinar voz que funcionasse no IPad. Este não só funciona, como funciona com excelência, por um tempo achei que estivesse tendo algum bug, entrei em contato com o suporte, que prontamente e com muita paciência me atendeu. No final das contas descobri que eu que tinha feito coisa errada kkk, mas mesmo assim me ajudaram. Enfim, só elogios, melhor custo benefício.

Great app

This app is amazing, it does what it says on the tin. Although I prefer manually editing each note over using the blanket autotune method.

One suggestion I have is it would be great if we could save our progress while editing to come back to it later as I don’t think there currently is a way to do so.

Almost Melodyne for iPad

I purchased this 1 week ago and after using it in Cubasis 3 for a couple of hours I found it to be an excellent tool to have, no more exporting vocals onto desktop for tuning etc. Very well worth the money 👍

Random slow vocals

If you could fix this as soon as possible, when editing my vocals after I have imported them from my file manager, and after I have spent so much time rearranging the keys that were missed and adding vibrato and stuff when I export it to my folder, I noticed the vocals randomly will get slower and slower and slower completely knocking it off track like off time. This definitely needs to be fixed because it ruins entire projects.

App constantly out of sync

The audio is early, stupidly easy to mess up your audio by stretching it, not worth $20 when Flex Pitch and melodyne exist. Also there’s no auto save

Fantastic

Having used this superb App for a couple of years I thought it time to thank the designer for the continued updates and show some appreciation of this excellent moderately priced utility. I now use this App primarily with Logic Pro for IPad and have found it to be reliable and easy to use. This is the first Autotune app for IOS that comes any where near the functionality and pro features of Melodyne or logic Pro Flex Pitch on the desktop environment. There are several autotune APPS on this platform that deliver respectable results on voice tuning but VTS takes voice tuning/correction to the next level by also including the use of a graphical interface allowing for individual notes to be corrected for tuning and timing errors. No longer will songwriters/musicians on IOS have to do multiple voice recordings to correct for the odd deviation from pitch or timing. A big thank you to the developer for bringing this super app to IOS at an exceptionally good price point.

I think this app would be great if you could actually upload upload your project to the studio, but it won’t, so you can’t do anything.

Works great!

Ignore all the crying Karen’s reviews. Maybe go watch the excellent tutorial on YouTube before leaving a review? I haven’t had any issues with this app in AUM, Logic, Cubasis or in standalone mode. I waited for a decade to have an app like this on iOS. Thank you for making this app!

Limited and confusing editing

I tought you could change pitch and time position like on a midi editor in order to rearrange some vocals. But you can’t. You can delete midi notes but you can’t write new ones. You can only edit the ones created by the algorithm, you cannot put new ones or even move the existing ones horizontally. So you cannot modify the vocals in specific points in which you need.
Then, I still don’t understand how works the time correction. Some times the red points show while other times they don’t. And most of the times they don’t work, you can’t move them. Why in some points it’s possibile to stretch the time and in others not? It’s kind of buggy…
Anyway, for deep and user editing it doesn’t worth the price

Problems, but still very cool

I initially couldn’t select a folder from within Logic, but I got around this by selecting the folder from within Cubasis 3. My guess is that that is more of a Logic problem than one with this app. The interface seems a little awkward, but again, I think that has more to do with Logic and Apple and what they let developers do than with the app.

Waste of money!

UPDATE: The developer responded with some additional instructions and clarification (seen below). Because of this I have upgraded my rating. The plugin is now functional. It does a pretty good job at pitch correction… although not as transparent as desktop solutions we may be used to. For the iPad, this may be the best bet in 2024. Worth a purchase if you need pitch correction with manual control.

I bought this plugin hoping it would be a Melodyne-like option for an iPad running Logic Pro. From the start, operations were extremely buggy, and the audio quality of this plugin is NOT professional. First the app constantly crashed when I tried to select a save folder. Basic DAW transport functions stopped working on my keyboard. Moving audio clips in the Logic timeline was not reflected on tracks with this plugin running. I would imagine this plugin would be ok for making a robotic-autotune voice… but certainly not for more natural sounding performances. And this plugin is way too expensive for what it does and doesn’t do. Let me help you save your money since it’s already too late for me.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Logic Pro has a bug where selecting a save folder from within a plug-in is only possible when you have opened the Files app/browser from Logic itself once before. The app has no influence on DAW control functions since it cannot send such commands to the host. Just like if you would use similar apps on desktop (without ARA), you cannot move clips on the DAW and expect that to be reflected in the plug-in since the plug-in has no knowledge on the host's audio. That is why you need to record audio into the plug-in. We have compared the quality to Antares AutoTune and several others and in most cases it was on par with those. Of course, it also depends on the source audio material, where for example noisy material would hinder proper functioning. About the price, although we believe it functions as it should, it is still 20 times cheaper than comparable products on desktop.

Disappointing

I feel this app has a lot of potential but is crashing in pro logic as soon as you run more than 30 seconds. I wanted it to work but I guess there is no luck.

AMAZING

I’ve been using Vocal Tune for all my vocals, and it’s an absolute BEAST! Can not recommend this enough. I use Logic Pro for iPad, and it really allows you the space to tune vocals, and have them sounding clean, and natural! It can be tedious, but the mixing process can be like that sometimes!
It’s been able to handle different settings, either capturing a whole verse, or a chorus, at times, you may have to run it through again or through specific parts, but it will get the job done, and you can really mess around with it so it sounds clean, and natural. Great iOS replacement for Melodyne, 110% recommend.
