用旧手机号买的永久会员 想着可以一直用毕竟挺好用的 换了手机号之后仅仅因为软件更新或者没有及时登录就又注册了新手机号 但是旧手机号已经无法使用 导致会员丢失 非常失望因为还想继续用 所以我想请求退款 然后再用新手机号开通永久会员 请核实并批准（其他渠道不太合适只能发到这里 麻烦批准）

28元半年的會員用了兩個月突然沒了

我开了个会员 28半年的 但是不知道为什么过了两个月突然语言原先的中文全部变英文找不到设置语言的入口，而且会员也没了 卸载重新安装也还是一样
