The worst shift callout ever , works sometimes but doesn’t work have the time and the IT department are useless .

Good, but could be better.

This app is convenient and very handy when you need to let your employer know if you’re going to be absent or late, but, I wish this app kept a history of your submissions when you do so. If you don’t screenshot the information when you submit it, or, if you accidentally press anywhere in the screen, the information is lost. I wish there was somewhere in the app that you could access your submission history, so that you have a reference point if you need that information again in the future, or if you need the confirmation number.

Not working after recent update

Stuck at 100% ever since the recent update, unable to do anything within the app. Please fix this.

Stuck at 100

Stuck at 100 and can’t bid on shifts. As a casual worker this isn’t ok as I’m missing out on shifts. I see I’m not the only person experiencing this issue.

App not working

Since it’s latest update ver 3.1, the app is not working properly and has a glitch, which is limiting access to our jobs. Please either fix this or revert it back to previous version, it’s causing lot of inconvenience in picking our jobs timely. Thanks

Most recent Jan 27 update stays stuck on 100% loading screen

I updated my app today as I always do and the app stay stuck on the hundred percent loading screen. Getting lots of shifts, but can’t even claim them because the app isn’t working. Please fix this ! I have to use the website to log in now

I’ve tried so many times to log in. I log in to my account, allow the app access, and then every time it says “something went wrong request failed”. If I could I would give this 0 stars

Can’t log in

The new update doesn’t let me log in with the Employee portal URL. Other people I know who are using this app are also reporting the same bug. So it’s currently unusable unfortunately..

Poor updates

Updated to a 12 hour clock instead of a 24 h clock with no way to adjust in settings (essential for shift work). Does not update in real time, need to manually refresh. Not clear to look at shifts available, only list format.

Least user friendly update I have ever seen

Why would you make this app more difficult to use with this update? Replace the open shifts with individual “dots” so you now have to click on everything to see what’s available? Literally what is wrong with you?

The update is pointless and breaks everything.

Everything worked. Please revert back to the old version.

Incompetent app developers

You try to signed in. It takes you to the authentication app than don’t let you log in. It continuously goes in circles with no logging in. Also what app doesn’t have a help or how to guide on its front page. What a waste of taxpayer money for this.
