Slow to load bad graphics
This app used to be good until the last IOS update
Very poor App and website
The app and website are now useless with the new iOS update. The developer of the app and website needs to stay current. And also what’s with all the spelling and grammar mistakes in your articles??!! I’m sure Stingray can afford a spell check program. Oh my!
Does not load correctly on iOS26.5
The VOCM app used to be pretty good but since the iOS 26 update it has been very slow to load. Now with iOS 26.5 the app does not load graphics or resize correctly for the iPhone. The other problem is that the App Support link on this page only goes to the general VOCM radio contact page on their website, there is no way to contact the app developer to report problems.

Installed on IPhone XR, everything works fine, read some of the bad reviews, decided to try it anyway and so far everything works perfectly, it’s fast and live streaming works like it should.

The developer hasn’t even updated these for devices with no home button, crashes
Doesn’t work
Won’t stream consistently, it often crashes while waiting for it to load. Also, no option to stream to tv is a bummer. Streaming options like YouTube has would be wonderful.
Needs another update
Great app before the latest update. Now On my iPad, it doesn't stream the audio, and freezes the different pages regularly. Please fix, this is my main source to listen to VOCM.

The apps vocm's links no longer work
Vocm's new website is complete fail. You can no longer read the news from the app and the new website does not let you go to the desktop version. Which I liked to do on the iPad to read people's rants on the comment section 😜

When listening to the radio on this app, the sound sometimes cuts out for 10-20 seconds at a time. This wouldn't be a big deal if just listening to music but the primary reason for listening to VOCM is to listen to news and the open line shows.
I've also made the mistake of trusting the alarm feature on this app. Slept in an hour.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the text is extremely small on the news articles and some features like Question of the Day aren't available on the app.

We need an update.
This app worked great until I upgraded to iPhone 5c. Now only runs for 5-10 mins and shuts off. You have to keep restarting the app. Update required. Thanks

Great!
Best place for breaking news, better than cbc! Vocm always gets it first. Also open line is extremely entertaining.
Needs to work in background
Seems like this stops working after being in the background for any longer than 30 seconds or so. It should just stay on until you want it to stop. Same thing for when phone is locked.
