Worst app ever!
My organization have been using VOCphone for many years. Ever since the app updated to this “new and improved version”, it has caused nothing but issues and is barely functional for our users. There are never ending issues with calls not coming through or being connected properly, countless glitches, and some of the features of the old version were removed for no good reason. I would definitely not recommend it for any type of professional use!

Easy to use and Clean User Interface
Can’t answer the inbound call.
Can’t answer the inbound call, it drops 90% of the time. Not fixed even after the app updated. Raised this concern many times with Uniden support team.
Appalling new version!
The old app was fantastic but the new one has been nothing but trouble. We have had the most infuriating problems including phone ringing but disconnecting as soon as we answer. And many many other problems that have plagued our organisation for months!!
