Disappointment
Unlike the US version of the app that is like a website, this literally only give you access to the magazine as published. For the price, you can do better. The May 2026 edition of French Vogue is also horribly uninspiring.

Second month of this annual subscription and my mars 2024 issue is nowhere to be found.

What’s happening?
The app never updated with new issues since March 2023 and I have all year subscription paid!
Where is the March 2023 issue??
This happened to me twice in the past — they need to invest some serious time in making this app function. I have never had the same issues with Vogue Italia or any other magazines.

I would have given zero star if i could!! Complete waste of money! I have paid in advance and can’t see any of the collections issues on the app or even the current March 2023 issue! There is a major problem with updating for almost a year now and no one is responsive. I have sent out emails and these people keep telling me this is an App Store issue! I want my money back

There is no pinch and zoom on this so forget about reading anything. Waste of $$

How can i cancel my abonnement

I paid for an annual abonnement two months ago. But because of my personal issue,
I want to cancel it.
I know that i cannot get a full refund, but i want to cancel my abonnement from now on so that i do not have to pay anymore.
I can not find any buttons nor menu to cancel it. *Could you please direct me the way to cancel my annual abonnement?

App no longer working
App was working great until recently. The September 2022 issue is not yet appearing to download. I’ve paid for this subscription in advance. Please help. Thank you.
Still lacking basic functions
This app still does not allow you to view two page spreads in landscape mode. In addition there’s no way to get rid of the navigation tools to view the pages full screen. The old app was much much better. The “improvements” they’ve added don’t really matter if you can’t view the content without distractions.

I bought digital and paper subscription, and I can’t access digital account. The app doesn’t work, no one is answering my emails. Disappointed!
