It doesn’t generate my photos and I also paid money for being VIP and nothing happened

Dumpster Fire
VOI was great before but has devolved into a dumpster fire. My lifetime subscription magically disappeared and will not restore. One of my photo profiles says it’s at “0 min” until completion and has said so for several days. I had several image packs generating that got to “Ready in 0 minutes” and now they’ve just disappeared. I emailed support through the app and received an automatic response which told me I’d emailed the wrong place and needed to follow the correct steps… the same steps I’d taken to receive their “wrong way” email to begin with. That was days ago and I’ve heard nothing back, my app is still broken, and according to their Discord I’m not the only person experiencing these shenanigans. Just a failure all around.

Styles not Working
I’ve tried 3 times and the styles are not working. The screen is just showing “Ready in 0 minutes”. I purchased credits to use and now they are lost.
Worst
They charge you for the app and then every time you use it you have to pay 599 to make up avatars. What a rip off.
Scammy
Right away the app requires you to subscribe their “premium membership” then, they require you to use “credits” for new image packs. You have to buy the credits with actual money despite already being a premium member. On top of that, most of the pictures they do actually generate are poorly generated with all sorts of disproportionality and inconsistencies.

Enjoy the app but credits wasted
Purchase credits and selected 2 packs, it’s sitting with 0 minutes remaining, for 4 days. I emailed support and received no response. It says the app can be shared across devices, but it doesn’t work that way and you have to purchase a sub/credits per device. Would like a refund, or access to what I purchased.

Even if you pay to subscribe, still makes you pay more
SCAM!!! Very disappointed. I paid for the subscription but that didn’t include anything and it wanted me to pay MORE to generate images. I paid the additional amount to create the avatar but no images were generated, just errors. I’m out $10.99 and can’t get support to respond. Cancelling. Waste of money.

Nobody ever answers emails or DM’s have reached out several times about refunding my money or my credits for profiles they didn’t create that I used credits for. I paid for a yearly subscription and I still have to pay another 20 for credits and then you don’t make the profiles and then you erase and delete profiles after awhile but their paid for how does that work? I make profile for some people who have passed and you just take away their pictures as if they were nothing. Whatever I pay for I should be able to keep for life!!!!!! Do better VOI I want my credits back that you owe me which is now 8 credits

!!! Can’t contact anyone
Over 20 credits used with no profile being created it shows that that it’s loaded and completed and then nothing appears in the profile section and I cannot contact anyone
Uploads don’t load
Tried to do the avatar for couples and it just never uploaded. Did it twice and it used up the credits for it.

Spent 29.99 for the year. App isn’t responding. Wants to charge me another 2.99 for 1 credit. I want my money back.
It had me downloading 15 photos but they are not showing up. This has caused me more anxiety than I need right now.

Said my purchase didn’t go through and to try again, so I tried again. It came up with the same thing again and I exited out. Ended up charging me twice somehow
