Annoying
An annoying limit. So if youโre listening to something long youโll be there so long. Because your either going to have to wait 30 minutes or watch 2 ads
Not great
Got the yearly subscription, and halfway through the month Iโm being cut off from listening for a โmonthly character limitโ. So just know if you purchase the subscription you donโt even get unlimited access. The user interface is very basic and kind of dull, and there arenโt that many voices to choose from. The voice also mispronounces words quite often and doesnโt speak with the correct tone while reading.

English needs a good update
Totally ok with the free option, I am ok with the robot voices. HOWEVER!! It needs to be able to correctly read clear and plain English. One example is when it comes to the word shuffle, it reads shuff-lee prolonging the โEโ. As far as I can see even if I upgrade nothing is done to better reading English just no ads and better voice options.

Highlight what you want to read off the Internet, and click copy, open the voice reader app, as long as you have it turned on in settings, your text will appear, click the arrow at the bottom of the page and start listening. You might get one page of a book for free, but you can watch a quick commercial to reset the app so you can read more pages. For a free app itโs perfect if you arenโt doing a lot of reading. Iโm writing this in 2026, the upgrade is $8.99 to read more and get more features. I consider this a good deal.

Bait & Switch Scam
I THOUGHT I was buying a pay-once product. But the voice for that product is a sub-1980s robo voice. Unlistenable. To get a better quality voice, you have to make a SECOND purchase, and that is for a SUBSCRIPTION. The app should be banned from the App Store.
Frustrated!
I purchased the ability to use premium voices for $9.99, and Iโve tried everything to change from the horrible robot voice and nothing works. I also canโt contact support for help! Cancelling this one!

Great App
And itโs free at least right now Iโve been using it for about two years. I wish that they had a feature to summarize each chapter and also if you could take a bookmark and Mark where you were at and maybe get some highlights in there I really like it even more so than itโs very user-friendly considering Speechify takes you an hour to get on and then you end up having to pay eventually so you might as well not even try to put all your school papers on there because 2 AM night test night youโre gonna be needing it and youโre gonna have to pay $139 so I donโt like it when they have to pay upfront like that thatโs not good Those are my two choices this or Speechify and I choose this one. Itโs worth it. Good job guys.๐

Great app! But..
Honestly Iโve had this app for years and itโs great, but today my app glitched and took away my pro, and the restore purchase function didnโt work either, I had to wait 30 or so minutes and completely shut down my phone and restart it to fix it. I just thought you should know @Admin
