Doesn’t work for audio to text

I got this app - paid for it - based on reviews and some research. I recorded 30 minutes of audio and it is not transcribing the whole thing. It’s stopping like two minutes in. Super annoying. Don’t bother with this one. There’s also no one to help you. No tutorials. Nothing.
