It doesn’t work. I doesn’t even turns an audio into a text, let alone summarize it. Don’t waste 40 bucks!!!

Doesn’t summarize meeting transcript; customer service is nonexistent

Tries this app several times and really disappointed because I got good feedback from multiple stakeholders about it. Don’t recommend it for anybody. Going to try something else. I reached out to customer service multiple times with minimal help. Very disappointed.
