Downloaded because I wanted to record audio files and play them back to myself while studying. The app continues to record and playback when another app is opened which I needed and appreciate. I am not trying to edit any audio files so I cannot speak to that. The pause button didnโt seem to work - it just stopped recording altogether. I had wanted one long recording but without being able to pause it I was left with several shorter recordings. Isnโt a big issue for my purposes. Also when I hit record it didnโt always start recording. I had to start over a few times. Overall it was helpful and did what I needed and was easy to figure out.
