App sometimes crashes/does not save recordings

This app is awesome but lately it’s crashing whenever I open it up to see my recordings. I really need them, someone please help.
Pressing memos button kills app
I have PRo version of app. Post iOS 18.0.1 update on iPhone 13 Pro Max, I recorded audio, press the Voice Memo button and the app exits. In the iOS Files app I can see my memo files but when I click on any of them Voice Recorder starts and then abruptly exits.
Previously this was working fine. It works fine on my iPad Air with same OS update. Not sure what changed but it has been an excellent app.

Recorded a call just now and it did not save the recording

It’s so glitchy and won’t save recordings in chronological order
This app is full of problems, it is glitchy, wont save in chronological order, it freezes all the time. I honestly hate it
Forced to buy twice
I bought the pro version of this App around 10 years ago for something like $1.99. Then all of the sudden Ads start aggressively and relentlessly attacking my screen and I’m forced to buy it AGAIN for $5.99.
It worked fine enough that I didn’t feel like researching and downloading another one so bought it twice. Which is out of control wrong on the developers part.

Won’t playback
Playback has stopped and it constantly force closes.
Keeps closing on me
Everytime I record something it closes the app over and over
Trimmer doesn’t work
I have better recording apps on my phone but this one is quick and simple to fire up when needed. I purchased all the features and the sync between devices is slow (doesn’t work immediately) also the trimmer does not work. It crashes the app every time I try to use it. I would honestly like a refund or a solution.

Don’t know where to find help
Can’t find where they hid the recording. I was told it went to the utilities folder which is now called the extras folder and I find no folders in either of those places. I don’t know where to get help and I am totally frustrated.
I can’t even get started.
I wanna merge two files from my voice memo app using this app I can pull the files into voice recorder but I can’t manipulate them or combine them. What do I do?
HORRIBLE
This app lags sooooo bad and makes it extremely difficult to pull the audio for playback. It freezes and closes itself out. Definitely do not recommend.
Quirky
Having recorded quite a bit of files over 2 years, one day I deleted one file from the main page and lost ALL of my recordings.
Inexplicable! And no way to contact anyone to find out why I don’t have my Cloud recordings now.

Great to use for recall
By using this feature I am able to listen again and again to information that I feel to be useful in my recall. I am able capture even the tones expressed in important speeches, and/or verbal expressions, thoughts. I use it routinely in various aspects of my activities as it has proven to be a very beneficial tool to keeping me organized.

Ok app
Ok so the quality is great but this app wants me to pay for everything like for more time to record I have to pay and it is annoying. Although the app is good and easy to use it is not the best and not anything I would recommend not trying to be mean it is just my personal opinion but if u like it u do u. 🙂
