Simply the best third-party voice recorder
This is an app that will allow you record those that talk to you in those countries (and U.S. states) where the law does not prohibit recording anyone who is talking to you irrespective of you informing them of it, or seeking explicit consent from.
Super simply, no ads, no fee, subscription or one-time, no data collected — and perhaps sadly: No option to leave a tip.
Super simple app, does what it promises, and does it very well. A request of mine for Shortcut support submitted via email was directly answered by the developer while they were on a vacation in 3 hours(!) with a promise they would do just that.

Near perfect to replace Voice Memo
The only thing missing is a single Shortcuts app hook. If this could be launched via Shortcuts, a shortcut could be hooked to the Action Button of newer iPhones to launch recording as it should be: Without notice unless the user wants to provide in the great majority of states where it is, as it should be, legal to record those that talk to you.
