Your recordings and routine data stay on your device. What you can do • Listen to one or more recordings in sequence. • Repeat 10, 21, 33, 99, a custom count, for a duration, or without a limit. • Add a short pause between repetitions. • Start from 70 thoughtful prompts across seven categories. • Mark completed days and follow your current and best streak on a calendar. • Set an on-device daily reminder for a routine. • Keep an active routine playing when the screen is locked. The free tier includes one routine, voice recording and playback, and daily reminders. Daily reminders are free for everyone. Premium unlocks unlimited routines and unlimited recordings per routine.
