This app only seems to work with short meetings. When I had hour long meetings, it couldn’t transcribe them. I tried it three or four times.

Great app for estimates

I use this to give customers detailed quotes about complex service solutions. Fathom did a great job building this. If only I could find it in the App Store again.

Not great needs work stops randomly

Works ok but stops randomly and doesn’t save what was already recorded so it doesn’t really work very well like if the phone rings or you get a text message and your recording it’ll just stop and then you think it’s recording and it’s not and there’s no way to recover from what you recorded. I’ve lost hours of stuff thinking it was recording when it wasn’t so it’s a foul and I’m gonna stop paying for it. Maybe I’ll try it again if they fix some of the bugs.

The app is very minimalist and no distractions of any kind. Does the job. Worth the price.

Finally, a Note-Taking App That Gets Me

As a college student drowning in endless lectures, Hazel Note has been a lifesaver. It doesn’t just organize my messy notes it actually makes me feel in control of my studies again. Doesn’t Work Currently

After getting rave reviews from a trusted source, the app failed to work. I used last night to record a 2 hr community meeting. It appeared to be recording and as soon as I clicked the red button to end the recording, the app came back with NOTHING. Showed a screen that it was preparing to upload to 15+ minutes and then failed with a timed out message.

The support person (via email exchange) said I needed an account setup but at no point was I prompted to create an account nor are there any capabilities to create an account. Very frustrating.

Hopefully I can get my money back.

It works very well for most people but I'm sorry it did not work for you. We are currently only a 3 person team, we are constantly giving updates and fixing this bugs and giving new update.

Didn't Work

I am so very disappointed in this app. I tried using it today to record 1.5 hr meeting. It appeared to be recording and as soon as I clicked the red button to end the recording, the app came back with NOTHING. Don't waste your time with the free trial nor your money, use a platform that's dependable when you need it, like AI Wave or Fireflies, if you don't want to be as disappointed as I am now.

The best way to capture voice notes

Fantastic app, and I use voice notes a lot to save type typing and it gives me something to refer back to.

This app makes it so much simpler to go back and read through the transcript.

Fantastic Ul that is elegant and also simple to use and quick to pick up even when packed with features.

Definitely an app for those who use voice notes on a a daily basis!
