VoiceJots: Encrypted Notes

VoiceJots records, transcribes and searches your conversations entirely on your iPhone. Your recordings, transcripts and notes never leave the device — not to us, not to a cloud, not to anyone. Made for people whose conversations are confidential: lawyers, consultants, doctors, journalists, and anyone who would rather not upload a meeting to someone else's server. RECORD AND TRANSCRIBE ON YOUR PHONE • Speech recognition runs on the device, in about 100 languages • Live transcript while you record • Who said what: speakers are told apart and can be named ("Client", "Partner") • Keeps recording with the screen locked FIND ANYTHING • Search by words or by meaning, across every note • Tap a result to jump to that moment in the audio • Folders, typed notes, photos and voice memos next to your recordings • Text on photos (documents, whiteboards) is recognized and searchable ENCRYPTED BY DEFAULT • Everything is encrypted on the device with 256-bit keys • Audio is encrypted as it is recorded — no unencrypted copy is ever written to disk • Symmetric encryption only, a design meant to resist known quantum attacks • Face ID / passcode app lock • A 24-word recovery key that only you hold • "Delete everything" wipes notes, audio and keys NO ACCOUNT, NO TRACKING • No sign-up, no analytics, no ads • The app connects only to download its AI models and for App Store purchases • Works in airplane mode once the models are downloaded EXPORT ON YOUR TERMS • PDF, Markdown, or a ZIP archive with the audio and attachments • You decide what leaves the encrypted vault, and the app tells you when it does FREE AND PRO Free: 5 minutes of recording a day, standard transcription, speakers, search, folders, encryption, the app lock and every export. VoiceJots Pro removes the recording limit and adds the larger on-device AI models: more accurate transcription and AI summaries of notes, photos and voice memos, written on your phone.
