No volume
I can’t get the video or lessons to play with any volume. Kind of an Important feature for for a voice lesson.
Says Credentials Requires
I have an account with the desktop version and have had lessons with my teacher there, but the app won’t even let me log in. I put in my information to sign in and get a message that says “Credentials Requires” and then brings me back to the login screen. I know I am typing in the correct info, so I think there is a bug in the app. Please fix this. Thanks!

Worthless app
Can’t do an actual lesson or even real time chat through the app. Website is great, but app is garbage. Not to mention, features are stretched and obviously haven’t been updated to new OS updates.

The mobile app is for practice after you have a lesson with an instructor on the platform. If you are looking for an instructor, emails on how to get matched and connected are sent to you.
Unusable?
There is a log in menu, but no sign up menu. I am assuming there is a website to sign up with. Though this is not clear. A button that sends you to that sign up would be nice. I’m clear of how to sign up. Great concept though. I am a professional voice teacher and would love to have an app such as this.

Hello, this is a FREE app for teachers and students with an active account on www.voicelessons.com. Currently we only allow new teachers registrations that have completed a demo and paid the subscription for www.voicelessons.com. We would be happy to show you a live demo of the platform. Click on Teachers and then Demo. There is a teacher setup process as the technology uses a real digital keyboard to play vocal accompaniments through the internet to the mobile app. Thanks for liking the concept.
