Forced vibration ruins the experience

The live transcription is exactly what I was looking for, and I really like being able to see the words appear while I’m speaking. Unfortunately, the keyboard has haptic/vibration feedback while typing, and there doesn’t seem to be any way to disable it within the app.

I already have iPhone keyboard haptics turned off, but Voicetation still vibrates. The only way I found to stop it was to disable System Haptics for my entire phone, which affects other apps and iOS interactions too.

Please add a setting to disable Voicetation’s keyboard haptics independently. This is a small feature, but it makes the keyboard very uncomfortable to use otherwise.

To set up Voicetation, you need to add it in your iPhone's Settings and then enable Full Access. The app provides a step-by-step guide to assist you through both processes.

Does Voicetation work offline?

Yes, typing, pinyin, swipe input, and autocorrect features run entirely on your device and work with no connection at all. The keyboard connects to the internet only when you tap Rewrite or Translate.

Is my data private with Voicetation?

What are the editing features in Voicetation?

Voicetation allows you to rewrite and translate your dictated text. You can polish your writing with a built-in style or a custom description, and translate it to other languages. You see the result before deciding to insert it.
