Quick Voice Memos on Walks

I like to think out loud when I’m walking my dog, and this has been really handy. I just talk and it turns my thoughts into text I can review later. Way better than trying to type while moving. I’ve been using it to capture random ideas before I forget them.

Helps during busy meetings

I started using this during team meetings when I can’t type fast enough. I just let it record and convert everything to text, then clean it up later. It catches most of what’s said, even when people talk quickly. Saves me from missing small details.

Hands-free grocery lists

I usually remember things I need at the store while driving or cooking. Now I just speak my grocery list out loud and it shows up as text. It’s simple but super convenient when my hands are busy or messy in the kitchen.

Quick notes after meetings

I use it right after team meetings when everything is still fresh in my head. I just talk through the main points while walking back to my desk and it turns into clean text I can paste into my planner. It saves me from typing long summaries on my phone.

Turning thoughts into text

Sometimes I just need to vent or brainstorm, especially late at night. I don’t feel like typing paragraphs on a small screen, so I talk through my ideas instead. Seeing my scattered thoughts turned into readable text actually helps me sort things out.

Great for long drives

I tested it on a long drive when I had a bunch of ideas popping into my head. Instead of trying to remember everything, I just spoke naturally and let it convert to text. When I got home, all my thoughts were saved and organized enough to work with.
