App has become unusable
This app used to be really useful but has now become unusable, logs you out then cannot reconnect to the server. App Uninstall and reinstall used to work to resolve but even that is not working. Think it’s time to look for a new VOIP service.
Constantly needing to uninstall and re-install
Always eventually get logged out and then the login details are not accepted. Only fix I’ve found is having to uninstall and reinstall, have to do this on a weekly basis currently so less than ideal. When working and logged in the app works well, but is frustrating that it doesn’t just work all the time.

No longer accepts login. Voipfone support suggest waiting for App update.
Works okay, could do with improving
Haven’t had any issues using this so far when it comes to diverting calls from my work phone to my mobile.
Something that would be helpful would be if the call banner could be changed so you can see if a call is coming from your normal iPhone call app or the GeoDivert app. Would save on answering pesky scam calls where my phone has to be on ring, and I need to know if a call is a scam or business related.

Useful app
I’d give it a fifth star if it recognised location based on WiFi SSID.
What every VOIP user needs
Never forget to divert your VOIP line to your mobile again. Or cancel the divert upon your return. Thanks to the developers for an under-appreciated yet invaluable app.
Feels like a scam....
They make you go through a long winded process of setting up an account and giving them all your personal information and then it doesn’t ever get past the security code verification page. The codes are easily legible but no matter what it says the code is wrong.
Worthless
Can’t even get past the captcha to create an account. Tried to enter the codes at least 15 times and it says the code is never correct.
GeoDivert on iPhone 4
A great little app until recently when GeoDivert functionality stopped working on iPhone 4 due to changes to location services API. For full functionality app now require iOS 8 or above.

Fantastic App
This app is great, like the auto divert feature. Like a previous reviewer said would be ideal if incoming diverted calls could be prefixed to let you know they are diverted. Overall a great and stable app. Just got myself a snom phone for the complete solution.

Great addition to the voipfone service
Required this for diverts when out of the office as always forgot. The GeoDivert is fantastic as it can auto divert extensions or the main account to your mobile or contact of choice when you leave the office based on your geo location and then turn off the divert when you return to the office without you having to lift a finger! Kind of like having a super efficient PA :)

Good app but lacking key feature
Seems a great app but missing a vital feature.
Once the phone goes onto divert it would be good if when a call comes through to the diverted number that you knew it was being diverted. Then you would know if it was a business or personal call which would be useful if diverting to a mobile.
I have checked with customer support and they have confirmed this is not available. Until this feature is available it is of little use to me

Essential, and works well
It's been a long time coming, and we've been crying out for it for some time, but at last we now have the Voipfone App.
Out main criteria was needing to be able to set diverts, which the app does, but it also allows you to top up your balance. We haven't tried the latter as we have auto top-ups set, but the diverts works excellently, 100%, every time. We can even divert individual extensions too, and they have made it very easy to do so, as you have a choice of 'this phone' 'contact list' or 'other number', and it even retains the last contact lost number, so it really is a couple if clicks and you're done.
The GeoDivert is also very clever, as it automatically switches the divert on if you move so far away from your 'base', which is very clever if you forget to set a divert.
All in all, a great app that does exactly what we wanted it to, but very reliably too.
