Terrible Interface and very buggy
Don’t depend on this app to receive urgent texts or phone calls. It’s actually pretty terrible at simply receiving phone calls and texts, where I’ve had many customers complain that they’ve sent me a text that I never received.
Then after I restart my phone, all of a sudden I get notifications for texts that were sent days ago. Same thing for missed calls. Do not use this app if you expect it to work like a regular responsive VOIP line. You will be severely disappointed.

Abysmal
Upon signing up during Skype’s downtime, even I have encountered exceptionally frustrating experiences as a systems analyst; this is about as wonky as it can get. Despite operating for four years, Voiply has yet to address its UI interface, challenges, failures, and customer support. Numerous complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau, highlighting the same issues: the application’s ineffectiveness and the absence of adequate customer service. This situation raises concerns about the sustainability of Voiply’s business model. Furthermore, their decision to require users to update within the application, rather than submitting a new, updated app screened by the App Store, raises real ethical and accountability concerns. This approach appears to violate Apple’s privacy and security standards.

Can’t delete either the call log or texts
Support seems to be just a bot that tells me to delete then reinstall. Changes nothing.
Generally fine
Works fine most of the time. Recently had have nothing in my fall logs even though I have calls.
No actual humans and just a bunch of poorly trained AI.
I guess you get what you pay for as this isn’t expensive service has NO SUPPORT .. I would recommend no being their customer EVER !!!
Does not work
Does not work on my iPhone or iPad. Failed to accept my password.
Do not disturb mode
I’m going to have to delete this app and look for another service. Unfortunately even while in do not disturb the phone calls still come in and vibrate/ring. My do not disturb settings are correct it’s the app
Disgusting work with incoming call decline
Every time when you try to decline someone call- it’s starting to be a challenge. When you declined - it’s starting to call again and again. 3-4-5 times. Also no any choice to add any phone number to the block. Guys you must to fix it

They have no real people. AI isn’t fixing anything. My service went down as soon as Voiply took their payment and I have been without service for days although my internet is working. I am canceling them since I found a free alternative. This company is a waste of money and time.

I signed up for call and text. I just get calls at times many times it goes to voicemail
Too many robocalls
This app has always had its challenges.. but now that it’s been working, all I get are tons of robo-spam calls. Voiply removed the ability to report spam calls from both the app and the web portal. But last I checked they still charge me extra for the spam protection that no longer seems to block spam. Really feels like the service has gone very much downhill! The App lets you get text messages, but there is no way to block spam messages so I’m always on the verge of deleting the app from my phone. Bad enough I get spam right on my mobile.. some days having this app installed is like spam_X_2

Loaded with bugs
Not only is loaded with bugs but the A.I. Jack is stupid & improperly programmed.
I paid for a year subscription and regretting it.
Don’t fall for the lies of them claiming 24/7 customer support. This is the A.I. as mentioned it is stupid that is answering 24/7 which is a fraud. It kept asking me for my 10 digit number. I told him over the phone & it kept repeating my phone number then asked me to repeat my number w/o dash!!! He knows my number by repeating it but still insist I don’t use dashes.
Their tech team is incompetent too. They fix a problem then next day the problem comes back

Loaded with BUGs
One of the worst VOiP system!!!Everything is A.I., programmed by stupid people with NO Common Sense!!
Live AGENT can’t fix anything. For 5 days straight, I still can’t send text even though I can receive them.
A.I. answering services does not work!
Sadly VOIPLY has been in business for over 10 years & they still have all these serious bugs!!

Good option for small business
I use this as a business number and forward to my mobile. The only drawback to the app is you’re not able to send images through text, so if I need to send a customer images from a job I have to use my mobile number.

This app is absolutely horrible. You can’t change the voicemail greeting on it. The app is full of bugs.

International calling do not work
Company cannot trouble shoot after even two weeks to make international calling. It does not work with phone and app
Need access at all times
I need this line to stay open at all times. Without having to reopen the app.

First when I get their service everything was fine until I move overseas I can’t get text messages plus people can’t hear my voice and talked to customer support all what they say is start application they don’t have another option.
