Horrific APP
This is a very clunky app, it will not let you use Apple Music. It is very outdated.
Register device?
The radio/speaker has great sound.
The controls are easy to operate, though the buttons feel mushy. Every half hour, or every hour? The speaker says the device is not yet registered. It interrupts the music to say it’s not registered. Then the speaker says I can register using the companion app. I can’t. There is no place in the companion app to register my speaker!!! I noticed the app page in the App Store says AI Radio will update their privacy info when they update the app. Still waiting.
I’ve sent feedback through the app three times, and still no response. I know I got this thing through Kickstarter at a low price, but the lack of support is awful. Update the software, or at least show me how to make the speaker stop nagging me!
