DON’T LET THE APP BE THE REASON YOU PAY FOR PREMIUM.
I was really hoping this would be overblown and that the rating was way lower than it had to be. But after using it for over six months, I have to say this app is utterly useless.
It’s useless if you’re looking for previous flights. It’s useless to track your flight. And it’s useless for the main reason that I even paid for the premium to pause. Flights out of eight times I’ve tried to pause a flight when not in front of my computer I’ve only been able to successfully pause it just once.
And now I noticed that I have the banner on top of my iPhone, which I can’t get rid of even when I force quit the app and it’s not even accurate. It shows me on the ground, even though I’ve been flying for an hour. What a joke.

Created a account and tried to enter info and was met with a wrong username or password a million times I had my password in passwords saved alr and it didn’t let me use it

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used
I wouldn’t even bother trying to use this. It is extremely laggy/buggy and lacks basic functionality. The app has been stuck on a flight I’ve completed over 6 months ago, and I can’t even find a way to sign out without having to uninstall the app. It’s shameful.
Fix your app
I’ve been using the desktop version for the longest time and when I go log into the app it won’t let you in without a premium subscription??!! That’s insane but anyways I’ll keep using the desktop version until it’s fixed.

Extremely Poor Performance.
Was told by the Dev Team that the app is being worked on and to resolve any issues that everyone’s experiencing. This was 2 years ago, yet we’ve still got no update.
It’s 10x better to just sign into your account through the web browser and just track and edit etc. through there. Until then, it’s no longer installed until we receive a better experience.

Requires Premium to work
Sucks since it requires premium, and the app has been out for a few months.

Super buggy and crashes
Super buggy app doesn’t function well and crashes. They need to take lesson from navigraph. From a premium perspective the app is beyond disappointing.

Why pay?
It’s disgusting how you need to have a subscription to even use this app, when you can literally just go on your browser to see on your phone anyway. So what’s the need to make us pay for the app??
Patchy
When real-time tracking works, it works great however recently the app has only been working/connecting 10% of the time. Not sure what’s happened but there’s infrequent updates to the app. Considering I pay a subscription for the app, kinda disappointing that no new features or updates are forthcoming - and patchy ability to actually use it.

Have yall lost your minds?
The pc app is free to use, the website version is free to use, even on my phone that the app is made for smh, yet somehow you all decided to make the app premium only? That’s insane and horrible business marketing. I thought it was cool to find this app, but now I’m just disappointed. I think if I’m going to pay to use something like this app I’ll just go ahead and use Navigraph! So much more to offer and only $1-$2 more. This is pathetic. I’d expect better from Orbx.

Too laggy
The app is really, really slow and laggy for completely unknown reasons. It gets worse with multiple layers of data added to the map. Somehow the developer has managed to build this app to not multithread in any perceivable way, which I guess deserves some recognition. Avoid. Use the website or the desktop app.
