Constantly crashing
Never works, if you turn off WiFi to certain items, don’t expect to be able to turn them back on. Thinking about leaving this provider. Internet never works, and when it does, the app doesn’t.
Much improvement needed.
While the whole concept of ExperienceIQ is a step in the right direction, the feature still seems useless and redundant. Not only is the wifi service incredibly expensive for such low speeds but my wife and I can’t seem to be able to do TWO separate tasks/activities simultaneously. When she’s streaming on Hulu, Netflix, etc… I can’t do online gaming without it looking extremely blurry & vice versa. Volcano needs to seriously improve their speeds (at a lower cost) or rework their entire infrastructure. This isn’t the 90s anymore. I can only imagine how incredibly slow and inefficient their service would be in a household of 4+ occupants. It’s so bad my wife and I are genuinely considering selling our home & moving just because of this.
