Useless

I have an account, yet it keeps saying, user does not exist. I try to create a new account (using that email) and I never receive an email with the activation link.

What happened?

The app is way too complicated for its own good. I should not have to click through a dozen menus to try and find a clothing category. It's sad what has happened to the Volcom brand over the years.
