How many times do I have to enter new sms code? Verifications send to my sms was freaking slow. By the time, the code already expired. So annoying. And till now I still cannot register.

Unable To Register
I was unable to register until step 9 verification code which would be sent to my Handphone number. Currently I’m using IPhone 12Pro Max with IOS 15.3.1 Please assist me on this matter since I’m your customer having Model Tiguan 2022.

Need to reset password and car info missing
I have to reset my password I order to log in to the new app. I have updated my new car info and remove the old car data from last apps. But the new app seem to keep track the old data and I have lost all the free service vouchers and new car details. Please make sure your app is running good before launching since your reputation is not so well.
