Can’t Even Sign Up
From past reviews OVER a year ago. I see we still can’t even sign up with our normal phone number format…Over a year later and the same reviews & it still hasn’t been fixed? come on now

I live in the United States and when I try to enter my phone number into the Volkswagen app it says it is invalid because it is in Singapore. What do you suggest?

Can’t sign up
During sign up process, field for mobile number always complains about the number being an invalid format. I’ve tried 20 different formats. This also happens when you try to use the get help feature, so I guess I’m boned.
Why is this available on the Australian App Store if you can’t register?
Volkswagen services in Australia are the worst, I don’t know what it is but Australian Volkswagen services online services updates or anything like that for vehicles is a joke

This is a horrible app. Couldn't even sign up.... tried to contact support... couldn't contact support... why you might ask? Because of an unspecified preference of my phone number format. For both problems.... don't bother with this
