Thanks for the feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration. We weren't able to find a record matching this in our system, and we'd genuinely like to help sort it out. Volo has a free trial, and you're only charged if you choose to continue after it ends — every charge goes through Apple and needs your confirmation, so nothing happens without your approval. You can cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings. Please email us at hello@getvolo.co and we'll look into your case right away.
