About

Volt is a generator management app for the private neighbourhood generators of Iraq. It puts in one place what used to be spread between a notebook, a loose page and memory: who subscribes, how many amperes he takes, what he owes this month, what was collected from him, and how much is still in the collector's pocket tonight. ■ Who it is for • The owner of a private generator who wants an honest figure every month. • The collector who takes cash door to door and needs a receipt for every amount and a clear settlement. • Small generators with dozens of subscribers, and large ones with hundreds. ■ The subscriber register • Register a subscriber once: name, phone, amperes, subscription type, area. • Find him by name or meter number in a second, with his state in plain view: active or cut, in debt or clear. • His balance builds from his own invoices and payments, so there is no hand arithmetic and no second notebook. ■ Pricing and invoices • Set the ampere price for each subscription type, month by month. • Generate every subscriber's invoice in one tap, computed from his amperes and his type. • An issued invoice keeps its figures: a later change to the price never rewrites it. ■ Collection without leakage • Settle a bill in full, or take part of it and carry the rest as debt on the subscriber's balance. • Write off the remainder when you choose to, as a recorded line that is not forgotten. • Every collection produces a receipt you can share with the subscriber on the spot. ■ Collectors and the generator's cash • Each collector has an account and a wallet: what he takes at the door appears in it the moment he takes it. • Your first screen shows what is in the collectors' hands right now. • At settlement he hands over what he holds and his account closes on one unambiguous line. ■ Expenses and real profit • Record fuel, maintenance, salaries and the rest. • The month states its honest figure: collected minus spent, and where the difference went. • Outstanding dues ranked from largest to smallest, so you know whose door to knock on first. ■ Pairing a subscriber without a printed slip • Show the pairing code on your screen for the subscriber to read with the Volt Subscriber app. • He stays signed in with no password, and sees his invoices, his balance and his receipts. • Changed his phone? Issue a new code in seconds. ■ Announcements in one place • Announce the month's pricing, a maintenance window, or any operating news. • Every paired subscriber reads it in his own app, so you call nobody one by one. ■ Transparency with the subscriber • He sees his invoice, his balance and the date of every collection, so questions and disputes fall away. • The receipt you share carries the invoice number, the amount and the remainder, readable on any phone. ■ Your data is safe • Kept on our servers and backed up, so a lost or replaced phone loses nothing. • You sign in with your phone number and your password, and nobody reads your ledger but you and whom you allow. • You can request deletion of your account and your data at any time from inside the app. ■ Built for daily use • A full Arabic interface with English for those who prefer it, switched from the very first screen. • Readable in sunlight and on small screens, and tolerant of a weak network without losing what you typed. Try it free: the demo door inside the app opens a complete generator with its data before you create an account. Activation and questions: WhatsApp +964 774 840 0001
