App recently refurbished

Volta wallet now works incredibly smoothly after recent updates (2025). They are adding new chains all the time and continuously listening to user feedback and improving the app. I definitely feel safe storing my crypto on volta wallet🫡

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

No customer service help and not allowing me to withdrawal XDC. Mhmmm the irony behind that one🤮. I think it’s a scam designed to keep retail investors away. Stay away from this app.

i’ve done a swap from xrp to xrpaynet and it stil hasnt showed up in my account it swapped it but isn’t in my account i’ve reached out to support and hasn’t fixed the problem it’s been idk a month

Hotel California of crypto wallet Beware!

Be careful in the amount of tokens you hold on this wallet. They have many glitches that hold your tokens hostage and you can’t swap all coins. Some coins go into the wallet but you can’t send coins out.scam wallet

Can’t move assets

The app looks good, but I can’t move my assets. I’m on the new non custodial wallet. I can’t swap or send assets. Funds are stuck there. Needs work. Can’t purchase xrpaynet which was the reason for the download

This App. Terrible!!!!!!!

I put XRP into the wallet. They have no problem taking your crypto. So I moved Almost 1k of XDC into the wallet. Now when try to swap or send it to another wallet. There’s a problem and basically holding my XDC coins hostage. I contacted them several times to try and fix the issue. But get a generic response. Now when I go to the app. The link to contact support is not there anymore. I don’t why wants to piss off customers. I definitely won’t be using this app in the future. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Rugerzen, There is currently a bug that doesn't allow you to send XDC, we have fixed this a while ago and created a new system to handle sending. The only reason you have not yet been able to send your XDC is because Apple is taking really long to release this update. We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and we are working hard on getting the update out.

Danger! Use at own risk

Have had my XDC and XRP trapped in wallet for weeks. Send button does nothing! And my BTC wallet tokens disappeared mysteriously, and the history showed $millions of dollars transaction from my wallet. Total glitch wallet and no one from Volta is emailing me back. Garbage
