The studio is amazing itself, the vibe is so warm and comforting, and a judgment free zone I will say from my personal experience. The staff is amazing and they are so attentive in the classes and they really care and try to push you past your limits. such a fun way to work out, and I’m so glad that I’m able to be a part of something so amazing.
