Absolute garbage. Couldn’t charge my car even though charger was active. Waste of time. Do better.

Fantastic app - can’t even login
I am sure it is great app, only if you could do a basic thing - login. How do you release such a failure?

Was forced to transition to this app when my juicebox app stopped working.
Cannot get the charge started
There is a ‘PnC’ slider in the settings menu which I would assume means Plug and Charge. It does not work.
Instead you have to initiate charge and then sit and wait at your car for 60!?!?! Seconds until charging begins.
You cannot switch to another app or do anything else on your phone or the countdown will not progress.
Shameful to waste their customers time.

Juicebox Fix
Restore your Juicebox by replacing its internal circuit board to change from bad remote software to reliable local firmware. Look for OpenEVSE.
Missing all the fundamentals.
You need to hire real professional to redesign and code the app. Fully QA all functionalities before releasing it to public.

Still complete and total garbage. When will they ever release working software? Still not able to set a schedule for Monday to Friday and a different schedule for Saturday and Sunday. Even if I could the software ignores the schedule!!!! My electricity bill skyrocketed because this broken software allows the cars to charge during peak rates!!!!!! PLEASE fire whoever wrote this software and hire people who know how to code!

If you try to create a schedule it gives Bad Request when you try to save it. Even if I could save it there is no way to have one schedule Monday to Friday and another for Saturday and Sunday. At least I can finally see my history, but they need to hire programmers who know what they are doing.

I have 3 EV, I can add three EV to the app. But there is no way to tell which of the 3 EV is charging. When I add my EV to the app I see several different entries for the same make and brand and maybe year, so I need to choose one. But which one? Maybe one of the have the large battery pack, or maybe that other one has the large battery… no way to know. The app has no way to see if the power is actually flowing. If I click on the vehicle it shows me that 0 amps are being used, connection time is zero. The Enel X people destroyed Juicebox with their worthless app, I couldn’t imagine the app could get worst, but it did.
Update October, 27, 2025. The app is still unusable. It does not show any information to tell me it is charging, it shows no history at all. I do get a message that the cord was disconnected every time a car is unplugged, so the app is communicating with the Juicebox in some way. Yesterday one car went on a long trip and when it was plugged in the car said it would be charged at 6:30 AM, this morning I woke up to messages saying “Session closed. charging session closed due to devices offline. We’ll follow up with payment details.” Luckily the car was charged by 6:30 AM, but what on Earth is going on with “Payment details” on my charger at my house? And of course, the app shows no history at all of anything happening.
This app is complete and total garbage.

It really is terrible. This home charger worked fine before. When Voltie took over it doesn’t recognize all vehicles. It won’t display info while charging. It’s probably the worst app I’ve used .

Awful App
JuiceNet user. Unable to see any data about current home charging session or history. Vehicle won’t start charging at scheduled time therefore I have to start it through the app every night then I have to go to my vehicle’s app and confirm that it’s charging. Just awful.
Won’t even let me log on
When trying to log on with the username and password I created according to the password requirements, it tells me that the password contains characters that are not allowed. I tried many different passwords. Also won’t let me log on to the support site!
Garbage app
This app is possibly the worst app I’ve ever experienced. I have no choice here because this company bought out the company that made my home charger, but the app is clearly not designed for home charging.
The app itself is poorly designed. Misspellings everywhere, password parameters are not what the instructions say, then you get logged out constantly and there’s no way to save the password. OTP takes 10 minutes minimum to go through- im still waiting… I’m about to throw my $500 charger in the trash so I don’t have to deal with this idiocy anymore

Astounding
This is worst EV charging app I’ve used and it’s not even close. It’s almost as if it was built to punish anyone foolish enough to buy a Voltie charger or plug into a public Voltie charging station. I have the misfortune of working at a building who decided to install these things for the tenant. I feel really sorry for anyone who decided to buy one for charging at home.

Bricked my Juicebox
I was really happy when I heard this company bought out Juicebox chargers. The problem is this app is TERRIBLE. It doesn’t allow you to do basic things like change your password. The result is I have a good charger and a terrible app that doesn’t work.
Completely non functional for JuiceBox chargers and full of bugs
So many annoying bugs. Nearly impossible to pick a password that works to make an account to use the app. Email doesn’t work only phone. Then once you’re in it doesn’t even let you add the device id for the juice box charger to even attempt to add it to the app. If you have an orphaned Juice Box don’t even bother wasting your time with this app

Where is the no star option?
Scam Company. They don’t pay their employees on time. They hired people to develop app and operations that had NO EV experience. They fired the people with actual EV experience. This company will never make it. They can’t get out of their own way and they keep making bad decisions on new hires. Run as fast as you can. Chargepoint, wallbox both are way better options.

Awful design
Was forced to use this after Juicebox folder and it is without question the worst charging app out there. Scheduling is impossible and rarely works.

this company is straight garbage. theres no customer support. the app logged me out and it won’t let me log back in. the website can’t be found. and the only phone number to call it’s in some other country that is you dial directly it’s going to cost $10 per minute .
