# What's New in This Version ## Customizable Week Start Day You can now choose whether your training weeks start on **Monday** or **Sunday**! - Go to **Settings** → **Week Settings** to toggle between Monday and Sunday - Your preference syncs automatically between your iPhone and Apple Watch - All weeks (current, past, and future) automatically update to reflect your choice - No data loss - all your logged sets remain intact and correctly organized ## Improved Data Organization We've completely redesigned how your workout data is stored to be more future-proof: - Sets are now stored by their actual date, making the system more robust - Changing your week start preference no longer requires data migration - Your historical data is automatically preserved and correctly displayed - Past weeks now show all your logged sets correctly, regardless of when you change settings ## Enhanced Readability - Timer and tags text in logged set squares are now displayed in **black** instead of grey for better visibility - Easier to read set information at a glance ## Better Sync & Compatibility - Improved synchronization between iPhone and Watch apps - Backward compatible with existing data - all your previous workouts are preserved - Automatic migration ensures smooth transitions when updating ## Multiple bugfixes --- **Note:** When you first update, your existing data will be automatically migrated to the new day-based storage system. This happens seamlessly in the background and ensures all your logged sets are preserved.
