Can’t freeze card

I have went thru everything trying to freeze my card. All banks are closed tomorrow and I will be charged from a place I no longer have because I can’t freeze card or talk to anyone

Horrible app

This app is horrible. The app never works or loads. I love the small town person bank but they need to fix there mobile app issue.

Not good app or web site

Doesn’t work. Little features. Web site often doesn’t show images of checks Little history unlike other banks.

Face ID or manual input does not work on phone

This app definitely needs to be fixed. Does not recognize Face ID or manual input to access my accounts. Please fix this soon.

App always glitchy

Some times it lets me log in to my online banking with Face ID but most of the time not. I have to restart the process from scratch ALOT. Now I can’t even log into the app. Of course the banks are closed so I have no one to report this to. The app definitely needs improvements. It has for a very long time.
