Won’t let me login
This app is tremendously handy, and I have relied on it for several years; but lately, it will not let me login and keeps telling me that my login information is incorrect. It’s not. It is correct, and I can get in on my computer. But the app just won’t let me in. Any suggestions?
And yes, I have tried deleting the app several times and reinstalling it. Nothing helps. Thanks!

So glad it is helpful when you can access it! Try: 1. Reset your password, 2. Ask your admin to send you the login link (since those will auto-login), or 3. Have your admin reset your password to the current one you are using. Still not working, reach out to us at support@volunteerschedulerpro.com!
Glitchiest app ever
The app only loads half of the time (and when you really need it of course it doesn’t load). If I ever sign up for shifts I have to do it when I’m lucky enough to get in the app and have to cross my fingers that I won’t get logged out in the middle of a session

Was working great before
Not sure what happened has difficulties loading shifts / and keeps signing me out and when I refresh the app I’m back in .

Updated to the newest version and now I am stuck on a white page with a loading wheel that doesn’t disappear when I open the app.

Can’t volunteer using app
I’ve tried several different times to volunteer using app without success.
Cumbersome
Using this for an organization that has several locations and several time slots. It’s difficult to find openings. You have to scroll through each time slot to try to find openings and then search those openings for the locations that you’re interested in. I find it very inefficient and time consuming. I get frustrated and give up. We used to use a program that presented in a grid which made it much easier to see what was available at a glance.

Need texting option
Sending emails as notifications is inefficient. Few people check personal emails daily much less several times a day.
Sending texts reaches people faster.
Also, the app does not seem to keep the schedule updated.

Texting is available, and schedules are updated in real time (once approved by an administrator). We hope you have found these improvements helpful!
Really like the app but…
I find the app to be extremely convenient when scheduling and canceling shifts, and the ease of use is great…When it's working properly. Lately, everytime I log into the app, I keep getting this error message, "Could not fetch new data. The request has timed out." I have to log out, force the app closed and log back in about 2-3 x's before any changes I've made to my schedule are actually updated. I'm hoping they'll fix this bug ASAP.

So easy to use
I am a volunteer at a dog rescue organization that uses this app for scheduling shifts. It's super easy to use and allows me to view schedules, sign up for shifts, request a sub, and leave comments for other volunteers. I can view where and when there are needs and make choices that both fit with my personal schedule and where the need for help is greatest. I wish more organizations used this app for volunteering. So easy and convenient!

So easy to use
Breeze to use. Great communication and scheduling tool. Only qualm is that it always says there is a comment when there isn't.
Accessible scheduler for large groups
So far so good. While I've only been using it a little over a month it has done an admirable job of keeping me informed of job openings and scheduled shifts. The interface is for the most part intuitive and user friendly. Not sure if there is a basic tutorial in there but if not adding one might be worthwhile.

Great app. But, the most current update keeps crashing when I attempt to view the "my schedule" section." Please fix ASAP!

Volunteer Schedule
App keeps shutting down when I go to click on my shift. I can see schedule but cannot get beyond that. Looks like it will work as good as MSP. Please fix it! Thank you!
Good organizer
Good program, I do wish the app was a little more robust, especially for leaders to clean up the schedule on the go...
No Stars, please!
The app will not open on my iPad mini. On my iPhone 6, the organization ID supplied by Rotunda does not work. Support at Rotunda Software, Mikki Manfredonia, is absolutely clueless and combative in assisting their web platform. A terrible product & organization.
Excellent tool
We've been using VSP for our school for a few years now and it's been improving continuously since we originally subscribed. This is a wonderful companion app for their excellent software. Works great, and I can't wait to see how Rotunda will continue to make improvements and upgrades!
