Old alerts stay on phone No way to delete them
How to clear??
How can all the old information be cleared from the app?? There are alerts and messages that are almost a year old. How can this information be removed??

No message When Clicking on Alert Notication
I am getting alerts during Hurricane Ian on my iPad and iPhone. When I click on the alert notification, the app indicates it cannot find/load alert. I check each tab (news, alerts) and most are over 15 minutes old. So I do not know what the alert was for.

Deep Freeze
After downloading app it freezes when open and won’t be able to clear the screen.

Not impressed
Seems not be working very well on my IPhone. Keeps giving me error messages.
Problematic
When alert notification sounds, app won’t download information. Repeated attempts fruitless. Also same issue with the red notices number you can’t get rid of. All happened just before Dorian when the app was most needed. Best to just follow on FaceBook.
Alert won’t clear

Duplicate notifications
All notifications are duplicated. So we get every alert TWICE. The only solution is to turn them off, which defeats the purpose of the app.
Not very helpful
Sends alerts for places other than Volusia County so you have to read every alert to see if it's pertinent to you. Also gave a screaming emergency alert that there was NOT a boil water order. Ridiculous.
Very Good App
It's nice and give you all the info you need. Love that you can have the map on your phone. Hopefully it's constantly being updated with the most recent info.
