Vome sucks
I have to use this app for my volunteer work. It constantly fails to work. It is very frustrating. Half the time I can’t access my shift information to input my hrs. I have to send an email to a coordinator and have the information manually entered.

Great idea but it makes me want to give up every time I go to volunteer. Lately I’m always forced signed out of my account, and when I go to log back in it tells me I have a wrong password. So, reset it. Then get around phone autofill, go back from internet to app after checking mail and try and get in and nope you’ve logged into a brand new account so let’s try again. This app is so frustrating it makes it 10000 times more difficult to volunteer than the place just hiring or getting someone to volunteer as a secretary and call people. Sometimes old fashioned is the easier way. Keep it simple because this app is surely the definition of insanity. Do better devs! I’ll even pay you but do better.

Bad app
It keeps kicking me out of the app every time I try to schedule a time to go in and volunteer.
Useless
This is being used for a volunteer operation I have been active with for 10 years. It is new to us and it really is useless. I get an email through Vome that an event is cancelled with no indication of what event and no link to the canceled event in the app. Word of mouth works better than this piece of garbage.

Not able to save after editing my profile
Time zone is broken
Time zone change feature is inoperable. If your phone is set to say pst but you want to use est to volunteer it changes in the app where you set it to est, but the volunteer time you pick, say 7 pm est will switch to 4 pm est which is pst time on your device. No contact available to let dev know this is a problem. Not breaking my other app pls fix this!

Glitchy
Even after the latest update, the app is very glitchy. Right now I cannot open a Notification. And there is no active support. I do not recommend this app.

Great Software!
I’m a volunteer coordinator and using the app has greatly improved my program! The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is the app needs some improvements/adjustments. Thankfully they have a good team and are making constant improvements!
Amazing app!!!
Love Vome - it makes it so easy to reserve shifts, track my hours and communicate!
